Here’s my guide for Act 4.2.6 “Defiance” in Marvel Contest of Champions.

General Thoughts:

This map features a Joe Fixit boss, but the big defender to watch out for is actually a hidden Magneto on Lane 7 with permanent regen. Make sure you have a counter for him on your team as he can be a roadblock otherwise.

During my run through Act 4.2.6 my 5-Star Luke Cage reached 3/45, 5-Star Venom The Duck went to Rank 3, and I pulled a 5-Star Gwenpool from the Boss Rush. The Mastery Point from 100% Act 4.2 went to a third point in Greater Strength.

Tips: There aren’t any really difficult fights here, but it is a very long lane to run.

Tips: The hidden Storm has a 12.7K PI. She doesn’t have a lot of health but don’t get hit.

Lane 3 – Left, First Right to Punisher

Tips: Just watch out for chip damage from the double Punishers.

Tips: Heading down the middle leaves up all the Global Nodes until you hit the Iron Man Mini-Boss. The Spider-Man linked fight is easier if you force him to a SP2.

Lane 5 – Center Right

Tips: The linked fight alternates between Spider-Man and Rhino, so be careful if it’s Spider-Man with Unblockable Special 1.

Lane 6 – Right, 1st Left to Gamora

Tips: It is very important to bring a champion that can reverse healing like Void for the first hidden Magneto, as he has a massive Regeneration. You can also use Heal Block, but many of those champions are #Metal so that may be an issue. This fight can be a roadblock if you aren’t prepared.
