Let’s see how much progress I’ve made playing Marvel Contest of Champions over the last three months.

Namor is the new the king of my account, and thanks to now having both him and Thor Ragnarok at 5-Star 5/65 Sig 200, my prestige is up 100 points over the last three months. It’s nice to see my prestige finally budge, even if I’m now below average for prestige in my alliance because folks are starting to either finish Act 6 or get their first Abyss runs in.

I now have 24 6-Stars, up from 17 last update, and I’ve got my first two dupes in Hulkbuster and The Champion. Those champs also happen to be my two newest Rank 2 6-Stars, bringing my account total to 4. Right now, Captain Marvel Movie is the only other 6-Star I’m looking to take to Rank 2.

I have 19 total 5/65 5-Star champions, up 6 over the last 3 months. Alliance Quest Top 150 rewards are really adding up, and the July 4th 15K Cache offer was a huge boost for my roster depth. The 6 new 5/65 champs are Namor, Thor Ragnarok, Void, Nick Fury, Magik, and Venom. While Thor Ragnarok is just a prestige play, the others are all very useful champs to have. I also have Mr. Sinister and Star-Lord at Rank 5, but they have not been leveled up yet.

I now have 20 4/55 5-Star champions, up from 18. My new 5-Star Rank 4 champs are Man-Thing, Stealth Suit Spider-Man, Heimdall, Elsa Bloodstone, Proxima Midnight, Spider-Gwen, and Captain Marvel Classic.

I was able to pull my Top 3 off May’s Most Wanted list in Heimdall, Doctor Doom, and Human Torch (thank you Dual Class Crystals). My next target is Aegon to complete the Four Horsemen of the Abyss, and then Silver Surfer for a prestige bump. After that, there isn’t anyone I need, but Sasquatch, Emma Frost, Angela, Sorcerer Supreme, and Havok would all be great first time 5/6-Star pulls, and I wouldn’t mind a dupe on my 5-Star Phoenix or 6-Star Captain Marvel Movie.

My main focus for content over the last three months was getting an initial completion of Act 6. Once Kabam announced they would be re-tuning the difficulty, exploration seemed like a waste of time and resources, and I decided to focus more on arena and Incursions until Variant 5 dropped, which is my current focus. We’ve got a busy month with the Herald Difficulty, Boss Rushes, and Summoner Showdown, and in September we’ll finally get a Cavalier Difficulty for the Event Quest, so there is a lot going on in game right now!

For alliance play, I’ve been in S.H.I.E.L.D. Family since November of 2017. We placed Platinum 3 for Alliance War Season 19 and for Alliance Quest we play a mix of Maps 6 and 7. Our average rank over the past two months has been 128, and we are hoping to push into the Top 90 soon.
