Game Issues: Last night, many alliances were automatically un-elisted from Alliance War matchmaking. This is a known issue and will be addressed as part of the compensation package from Friday’s game outage.

It will not have the class gates we saw in Act 6.2, but will still be restricted to 5* and 6* champions. Act 6.3 also will have a number of specific boosts available to assist you in clearing the map. Read all the details about the boosts, format and rewards here.
We are currently in the Alliance War Season 13 rewards lockout period. Season rewards are expected to drop on November 20. Do not leave your alliance before receiving season rewards.

Friday, November 15: The Alliance Quest series begins at 3pm EST. UPDATE: AQ Modifiers go live with this series of AQ.
Saturday, November 16: Attack begins for the second-to-last war of Season 13.
Here’s your Marvel Contest of Champions news brief for Saturday, November 9, 2019.

The game suffered a major outage yesterday. In the early afternoon, about an hour before the conclusion of Day 1 of AQ and then end of AW attack, there was a “time-loop” bug where you would enter a fight, and after the fight you would be right back where you started, like the fight never happened. I experienced this myself versus an alliance war boss, and it appears all game modes were affected. Shortly after this bug was reported, the game was moved to emergency maintenance, where it stayed for the next 6-8 hours depending on whether you were on Android or iOS.
According to the latest Kabam post, all game-play issues have been resolved but there is still an issue with claiming some rewards. Expect a follow-up post on compensation next week, as this was a game-wide issue, and we had alliances that couldn’t finish Alliance Quest and Alliance War, and some alliances were unable to enlist or un-enlisted (this happened to my alliance) for today’s war.
There wasn’t much content yesterday because of the outage, but here’s a few videos to hold you over.

Schedule Notes: Today is the rewards lockout date for Alliance War Season 13. You must be in an alliance by 6pm EST for matchmaking to be eligible for season rewards. You must also participate in at least 5 wars with your alliance.
