Full Roster Availability (No AW/AQ): 100% Champion Availability starting at 3pm EST on Sunday, December 19 through Monday, December 20 at 2pm EST. There will be a second window on Tuesday, December 21 at 2pm EST through Wednesday, December 22 at 3:15pm EST.
Sunday, December 19: Sunday Arenas begin at 1pm EST. 100% Roster Availability begins at 3pm EST with the conclusion of the Alliance Quest Series. The Class Catalyst Arena begins at 6pm EST.
Monday, December 20: The Summoner Sigil Solo Event, Gold Quest, items on a 7-day timer, and the Featured Crystals in the Black-ISO Market reset at 1pm EST. Round 2 of the Overseer Basic Arena and Karnak/Nebula/Hawkeye/Joe Fixit Selector Featured Arena begin at 1pm EST. The Gifting Event begins at 1pm EST. Make sure you are eligible for Gifting rewards before you start sending gifts! 100% Roster Availability ends at 2pm EST.
Tuesday, December 21: The 14-Day Holiday Calendar begins today. 100% Roster Availability begins at 2pm EST following the conclusion of Alliance War. Alliance Quest Enlistment opens at 3pm EST.
Wednesday, December 22: Chapter 3.1 of the Sinister Six Side Quest unlocks at 1pm EST. Incursions Milestones reset at 2pm EST. The Alliance Quest Series kicks-off at 3:15pm EST, ending 100% Roster Availability. The Alpha Arena begins at 6pm EST.
Thursday, December 23: Round 1 of the Claire Voyant Basic Arena and To Be Announced Featured Arena begin at 1pm EST.
Friday, December 24: The Holiday Gift Card will arrive in your inbox at 1pm EST. You have 48 hours to redeem the Gift Card in the Holiday Store.
Saturday, December 25: The Tier 4 Basic Arena begins at 6pm EST.
