Here’s my guide for Act 1.2.3 “Extinction” in Marvel Contest of Champions.

General Thoughts:

There isn’t anything new here as far as challenging content, but by this point in the game you’ll be able unlock two big milestones by reaching Level 10. The first is the ability to purchase Dexterity in the Mastery tree. The second is the Summoner Sigil 7-day free trial. Make sure to buy the reduced cost Stony Core from the Black ISO-Market when you are unlocking Dexterity, and run the Gold Quest for an easy 20K Gold.

Here’s how your Mastery Build should look at Level 10.

Defenders: Adaptoid (Tech), Drax, Nebula, Ronan, Groot

Team: 3-Star Stark Spider-Man, 3-Star Ronan, 2-Star Winter Soldier

Tips: Nothing tricky here, just keep practicing your combos!


Lane 2 – Center

Gate: None

Defenders: Adaptoid (Tech), Star-Lord, Ronan, Groot

Nodes: None

Team: 3-Star Stark Spider-Man, 3-Star Ronan, 2-Star Winter Soldier

Tips: Nothing tricky here, just keep practicing your combos!


Lane 3 – Right

Gate: 1 Skill

Defenders: Adaptoid (Tech), Adaptoid (Skill), Rocket Racoon, Ronan, Gamora

Nodes: None

Team: 3-Star Stark Spider-Man, 3 Star-Ronan, 2-Star Winter Soldier

Tips: Nothing tricky here, just keep practicing your combos!
