Highlights of the upcoming week in Marvel Contest of Champions include the release of the October Event Quest – Guillotine: Future Prometheus, and the addition of Elsa Bloodstone to the Contest. Summoners from around the globe will be gathering at New York Comic Con, so expect some big news from Kabam in the latter half of the week.
Important Note: We are currently in the Season 12 Alliance War Rewards Lockout period. If you leave your alliance this week, you will NOT be eligible for season rewards.
Full Roster Availability (No AW/AQ): 100% roster availability following AW attack on Friday, October 4 until AW resumes on Saturday afternoon.

Monday, September 30: Round 2 of the Era Featured and 4* Annihilus Arenas at 1pm EST. Summoner Sigil Owners, your Solo Event and Gold Quest reset at 1pm EST.

Wednesday, October 2: The Boss Rush, Time After Time, and Amazing Fantasy Event Quest all end at 1pm EST. The New Event Quest, Guillotine: Future Prometheus begins at 1pm EST. Dungeons reset at 1pm EST.
Thursday, October 3: Round 1 of the 4* Spider-Man Classic and Elsa Bloodstone Featured Arenas at 1pm EST. The AQ Series concludes at 3pm EST.
New York Comic Con kicks off on Thursday, and runs through Sunday. Kabam is expected to make a major announcement at 1:30pm EST. Daily tournament livestream at 5:30pm.
Friday, October 4: Summoner Showdown Finals at NYCC at 11:45pm EST. EST. Daily tournament livestream at 5:30pm. The Alpha Arena begins at 6pm EST. 100% champion availability following the conclusion of AW attack on Friday afternoon.
Saturday, October 5: Daily tournament livestream at 3pm EST, NYCC Tournament Finals at 4:30pm. Final Dungeon round begins at 1pm EST. Dungeon Days begin at 1pm EST. 100% champion availability until AW attack resumes around 2pm EST.

Kabam released the rewards and format for the October side-quest, Attack on the Nexus.
Based on the promo image just released of Elsa Bloodstone, it is likely she will be the first October champion, with a release date of October 3.

Schedule Notes: Week 9 of the Summoner Showdown with Lagacy, Atromix (The Analyzer) and Craftygrinding, with guest host Brian Grant at 3pm EST (an hour earlier than usual). Chapter 5 of Time of Time will be released at 1pm EST. 100% roster availability following the conclusion of the AQ series at 3pm EST. The Alpha Arena begins at 6pm EST.
Quickmatch Versus Crystals will change over to a special 2* Unified Basic Crystal containing the 25 champions used as gates in the Time After Time quest. Download this spreadsheet to track your collection progress.
Kabam announced the next Event Quest will be called Guillotine: Future Prometheus and the October side-quest will be Attack on the Nexus. Both quests are expected to start on October 2.

Schedule Notes: The new 5* Featured Crystal will be released at 1pm EST. The featured champs will be Invisible Woman, Stealth Spider-Man, Mysterio, Sunspot, Warlock, and Claire Voyant.
Kabam announced duel targets for the final week of the Summoner Showdown.
Craftygrinding has Round 1 results and Round 2 predictions for the Aarkus and Captain America Infinity War Arenas.
Following the announcement of the upcoming “Abyss of Legends,” Katy Candy asks if Labyrinth’s rewards are still relevant in 2019.
Dungeons are back, and KT1 has everything you need to know to complete the Tech/Science Round.
Dungeon Days will be September 28 – October 1. To maximize the points boost and rewards, you should wait until September 28 at 1pm EST to do your runs for Round 2, and then get your runs for Round 3 done during the first 48 hours. That way all your runs from Round 2 and 3 will count toward achieving the Dungeon Days objectives.
