Chapter Guide – Act 2.2.5 – Obstruction – Level 26

Here’s my guide for Act 2.2.5 “Obstruction” in Marvel Contest of Champions.

General Thoughts:

I reached Level 26 and added the third and final point to the Recovery Mastery, as I continue to work on unlocking Willpower.

Boss: Punisher

Boss Notes: Just another awakened Punisher boss, no different than the previous ones.


Lane 1 – Left

Gate: None

Defenders: Phoenix, War Machine, Captain America WW2, Yondu, Beast, Vulture

Nodes: None

Team: 5-Star Captain America Infinity War, 3-Star Mojo, 5-Star Hulk, 4-Star Sentry, 3-Star Guardian

Tips: War Machine’s SP1 (block it, don’t get clipped trying to evade it) and Yondu’s Bleed-Thru-Block mechanic have the potential to trip you up on this path.

Lane 2 – Left Center

Gate: None

Defenders: Phoenix, Joe Fixit, Sunspot, Cable, Beast, Vulture

Nodes: None

Team: 5-Star Captain America Infinity War, 3-Star Mojo, 5-Star Hulk, 4-Star Sentry, 3-Star Guardian

Tips: This is the easiest of the 3 paths. Nothing much to worry about.

Lane 3 – Right Center

Gate: None

Defenders: Phoenix, Joe Fixit, Captain America Infinity War, Abomination, Bishop, Vulture

Nodes: None

Team: 5-Star Captain America Infinity War, 3-Star Mojo, 5-Star Hulk, 4-Star Sentry, 3-Star Guardian

Tips: If you can, bring a Poison-Immune champion for Abomination, and do not use a champion that deals energy damage vs Bishop.

Lane 4 – Right

Gate: None

Defenders: Phoenix, Medusa, Red Hulk, Carnage, Bishop, Vulture

Nodes: None

Team: 5-Star Captain America Infinity War, 3-Star Mojo, 5-Star Hulk, 4-Star Sentry, 3-Star Guardian

Tips: Don’t Incinerate Red Hulk, and don’t use an energy damage champion against Bishop.
