If you’re having issues with the Civil Warrior in the Baron’s War Week 3 event, try one of my favorites, Mephisto. His Soul Imprisonment will shut down Civil Warrior’s buffs, preventing him from going unblockable. Special thanks to RichTheMan for tipping me off to this.
