The Week Ahead in MCOC – December 15-21, 2019

Next week in Marvel Contest of Champions sees the release of a new 5* Featured Crystal, featuring Aarkus (Vision), Elsa Bloodstone, Man-Thing, Guillotine 2099, Doctor Doom, and Mr. Fantastic. We also get a new 14-Day Holiday Calendar starting on December 16, and the annual Gifting Event kicks off on December 17.

In Season 14 Alliance War news, Friday, December 20 at 6pm is the rewards lockout date. You must be in an alliance at this time for matchmaking to be eligible for season rewards.

Full Roster Availability (No AW/AQ): 100% champion availability on Sunday, December 15 at 2pm thru Monday, December 16 at 2pm. This is the final free movement period before the rewards lockout for AW Season 14.

Sunday, December 15: 100% champion availability following the conclusion of AW attack around 2pm EST. The Alpha Arena begins at 6pm EST.

Monday, December 16: 100% champion availability until AW attack resumes around 2pm EST. Round 2 of the 4* Medusa and Silver Surfer Featured Arenas at 1pm EST. Summoner Sigil Owners, your Solo Event and Gold Quest reset at 1pm EST. The 14-Day Holiday Calendar goes live at 7pm EST. UMCOC Podcast, Live On Discord, 8pm EST.

Tuesday, December 17: The new 5* Featured Crystal with Aarkus (Vision), Elsa Bloodstone, Man-Thing, Guillotine 2099, Doctor Doom, and Mr. Fantastic will be released at 1pm EST. The Anniversary Boost ends at 1pm EST, and the Gifting Event begins at 1pm EST. AQ begins at 3pm EST. Claire Voyant enters the basic pool.

Wednesday, December 18: Tier 4 Basic Arena at 6pm EST.

Thursday, December 19: Round 1 of the 4* Invisible Woman and TBA Featured Arenas begin at 1pm EST.

Friday, December 20: Alliance War Season 14 rewards lockout at 6pm EST. You must be in an alliance for matchmaking to be eligible for season rewards.

Saturday, December 21: No schedule notes.
